Anansi found a "magic rock". Everytime you said " Isn't this a strange moss-covered rock" the person who said it would fall asleep for one hour. He thought it was neat and decided to trick lion into falling asleep. Once lion fell asleep he went back and took all his food! He continued this with rhino, giraffe, hippo, and zebra. Meanwhile deer was watching Anansi trick all the animals, and decided he was going to teach the tricky spider a lesson. When Anansi showed deer the "magic rock" Deer was sure to not say the magic words. Anansi got so frusterated that he said the magic words and fell asleep for an hour. While he was sleeping all teh animals took their food back. When Anansi finally woke up and went back to his house he found it empty!
