story is about a magic hat that “moved like this and moved like that”. The hat landed on different people
throughout the town. Then the
magic hat landed on their head it turned them into animals. A wizard appeared and changed them all
back into humans. The book has
many details in the illustrations, incorporates rhyming and repetition.
